10 Steps to success

Step One: The Morecons team will hold an orientation session with you. The purpose of this session is to gain a better understanding and to open dialogue around both visible and underlying issues.

Step Two: Prior to signing a contract, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. This agreement establishes an ethical framework for the collaboration and enables us to take the first step toward preparing a consulting proposal.

Step Three: A formal proposal (Problem Framing & Proposal) is presented, covering the overall project framework, definition of expected outcomes, cost, and timeline.

Step Four: Based on the proposal from the previous step, the contract is signed.

Step Five: Detailed and comprehensive planning is carried out to execute the terms of the contract. This includes forming a Steering Committee, initiating Data Collection operations, establishing a project execution timeline, and more.

Step Six: Through the use of Scenario Analysis, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit estimation, and related methods, the most effective solutions and dominant recommendations are developed and presented in accordance with the Business Case.

Step Seven: While piloting the programs, and in light of feedback received, organizational realities, and the client team’s execution capacity, we will refine the proposed solutions and/or deliver any necessary training.

Step Eight: Where required, we undertake the redesign of existing systems and processes. When this step is implemented, the proposed solution is transformed into a success formula — one that ensures consistent results can be achieved throughout the company’s lifetime and across varying conditions by means of refined processes.

Step Nine: Where required, full knowledge and experience transfer, along with all necessary training and processes, will be carried out in their entirety.

Step Ten: The results achieved and process outputs are monitored against the initial plan to ensure process sustainability. In addition to delivering the final report, this step also creates the opportunity to define new project phases.
